Emmanuel is a former Tier 3+ Equinox Trainer who’s been in the fitness industry for the 10 years after transitioning from an initial career on Wall Street.  In addition to his experience, Emmanuel competed in the sport of track and field as a 400 m hurdler throughout his prep school and college years and has dabbled in bodybuilding in recent years.

While he specializes in strength & conditioning, high intensity Interval training, and functional training he also has experience with teaching bootcamps, training pre/post-natal clients, improving postural alignment and injury rehabilitation.

Bootcamp Class Description:

An amazing high-intensity workout that burns up to 1,000 calories in one class, tones muscle, maximizes fat loss and increases your metabolism. This indoor bootcamp class alternates strength training exercises such as kettlebells and plyometrics with aerobic activities like burpees, battle ropes and mountain climbers to effectively give you two workouts in one. You will be pushed to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. The music, group camaraderie, and ever evolving routine (never the same routine) will be make sure you don’t get bored and continue to get in better shape with each class.

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings: 6:15am-7:15am

Tuesday & Thursday Evening: 7:00pm-8:00pm
